Responsible for the implementation and operation of efficient and effective department procedures and systems to support the procurement function;
Use Management Information systems to input, reconcile, manage and present spend and vendor data accurately and on a timely basis;
Proactively liaise with the procurement team to develop, evaluate and improve data collections systems and procedures;
Coordinate and support supply chain management process in vendor applications, approvals, renewal and appraisals; supply chain workshops and conferences; supply chain communications etc;
Conduct and complete tender process for sales of scrap materials and other materials as required;
Responsible for liaising effectively with internal and external departments, divisions and individuals in areas of supply chain management and data management;
Produce and present procurement reports and presentations as required;
Support the digitalization of the procurement process in its development and implementation.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines;
Over 3 years' relevant experience in administration and data processing;
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and organize information and document in good order for record and reference;
Processing and presenting data in good order for audit, reports and analytics;
Able to learn and adopt to new digital technology and system.
